Customer Program

TTWI has developed a Customer program that has three different kinds of Customers as outlined below. These types of Customers are essential to the future success of our company and hence we have spent a great deal of time developing our Customer program to make sure that it provides real value and opportunity to our loyal customers.

Retail Customers are just that, someone who buys our products at retail price and receives no discount. They don't want to be distributors. They just love the product and want to be able to order it whenever they want.

Example: Carol who is a Retail Customer buys 1 box of chocolates.
Carol will pay the normal retail price for a box of chocolates which would be $40.00.

Direct Customers are those who don't want to pay full retail price, and they don't want to commit to our ASP (Auto Ship Program). For these customers, we offer 12.5% discount off the retail price. They love the product and want to be able to place orders whenever and to know that they are saving lots of money.

Example: Carol who is a Direct Customer buys 1 box of chocolates.
Carol will pay $35.00 for her box of chocolates instead of the regular retail price of $40.00, because of the $5.00 discount she has for being a Direct Customer.

Preferred Customers are those customers who love us and are willing to sign up for our ASP (Auto Ship Program) meaning that they are willing to commit to at least 1 box of chocolates to be shipped to them every month. For these customers we offer 25% discount off the retail price.

Preferred Customers are the only type of customers, who get placed immediately below their Distributor so the commission types can be calculated correctly.

Example: Carol who is a Distributor signs up Ashley as a Preferred Customer. Ashley would then be part of Carol's downline.

Let's assume that Ashley ordered 10 boxes of chocolates initially, and she signed up for 1 box on ASP.

Ashley would pay $300.00 for her initial order and the following months she would pay $30.00 per month because she is on the ASP program.

Carol would get the Fast Start Preferred Customer Commission
Which would be 35% of the cost of that order, .35 * $30.00 = $105.00. Carol's next upline qualifying distributor would receive 15% of the cost of that order, which would be $45.00.
