Distributor Program

TWI has developed a Compensation Plan designed to reward independent Distributors who generate sales from customers and for personal consumption, and for building a sales organization. There are five types of commissions listed below. All commissions earned will be paid out monthly to qualifying distributors.

(Retail/Direct) Customer Commission

Purchase product(s) at wholesale prices, sell directly to the customers at retail prices, less any client discounts and keep the profits.

Example: Carol who is a Distributor sells a box of chocolates to Ashley who is a Direct Customer. Carol paid $30.00 for the box of chocolate. Ashley pays Carol $35.00 because she receives a 12.5% discount off the retail price of $40.00 for being a Direct Customer. Carol make $5.00
If your Retail/Direct Customer purchases products directly from the website, then you will receive the unilevel commission on those orders processed electronically.

Fast Start Preferred Customer Commission

When you enroll a Preferred Customer, you will be able to participate in the Fast Start Preferred Customer Commission. This is paid on the initial order placed within 30 days by the new Preferred Customer. You will receive 35% of that order and the next upline qualifying distributor will receive 15% of that order.

Fast start Preferred Customer Commissions are only paid to the first two qualifying upline Distributors.

Example: Carol is a Distributor and she signs up Ashley as a Preferred Customer. Let's assume that Ashley's initial order is 10 boxes of chocolates. Carol would receive 35% of the cost of that order, which would be 10 * $30.00 = $300.00 so Carol would receive $105.00. Carol's next upline qualifying distributor would receive 15% of the cost of that order, which would be $45.00.

Fast Start Distributor Commission

When you enroll a new Distributor, you will be able to participate in the Fast Distributor Start Commission. This is paid on the initial order placed within 30 days by the new Distributor. You will receive 35% of that order and the next upline qualifying distributor will receive 15% of that order.

Fast Start Distributor Commissions are only paid to qualifying Preferred Distributors and above.

Carol would receive 35% of the cost of that order, which would be 10 * $30.00 = $300.00 so Carol would receive $105.00 Carol's next upline qualifying distributor would receive 15% of the cost of that order, which would be $45.00 .

Global Bonus Pool

This commission is paid monthly only to 5-Star distributors who qualify. It is calculated by taking 3% of the wholesale worldwide sales monthly number and dividing it between those qualifying 5-Star distributors.

Mathematical equation:

03 * wholesale worldwide sales / number of qualifying 5-Star Distributors


Example: Let's assume that Carol and Ashley are qualified 5-Star Distributors and that the worldwide wholesale monthly sales for TWI were $1,000,000.00 (one million dollars).
Carol and Ashley would both receive .03 * 1,000,000.00 / 2 = $15,000.00

Unilevel Distributor Commission

For qualifying distributors this commission will pay up to 50% through 8 compressed pay levels on all sales orders during the month, excluding New Customer Commission sales and Fast Start Distributors sales.

This unilevel distributor commission has 7 different ranks and 8 pay levels.

Each rank has a Minimum Monthly PV (Personal Volume), a Minimum Enrollment, a Minimum GV (Group Volume), and shows the commission percentage on each of the 8 pay levels if any.

Minimum Monthly PV (Personal Volume) is the total sales that you personally generated.
Minimum Enrollment is the number of Distributors you have in your sales organization.
Minimum Monthly GV (Group Volume) is the total sales that your sales organization generated.

ASP (Auto Ship Program) means that you or one of your personally enrolled customers has signed up to receive at least 1 box of chocolates on a monthly basis through the ASP program.

Example: Looking at the chart above and looking under the rank of Distributor. Check to see what the 3 Minimum requirements are and then if you meet those requirements you will receive all the pay level commission percentages shown under that rank if your sales organization continues down to those pay levels.

Let's assume that Carol is a Preferred Distributor and she has enrolled Ashley. Let's also assume that Ashley is a Distributor and she has enrolled Austen as a Distributor. Now let's say that Carol, Ashley and Austen purchased a box of chocolates during the month. Carol will receive 10% of cost of the box of chocolates that Ashley purchased plus 20% of the cost of the box chocolates that Austen purchased. Ashley will receive 10% of the cost of the box of chocolates that Austen purchased. Austen doesn't qualify to receive any commissions yet. He needs to hurry up and build his commission line.
