Karl Probst, President - CEO - Chief Executive Officer
Karl, co-founder of TWI. Karl has over time accumulated an incredible amount of knowledge in the food industry and brings that with him as he helps lead the team here at TWI.

Prior to TWI he was a co-founder of Inn on the Creek Foods. Karl has more than 20 years of diverse experience in creating new recipes, managing both the production of dry and wet pack foods and streamlining the business of bringing award-winning recipes to market. With extensive background in designing and packaging products with wide appeal, Karl's experience includes work with NYSE companies such as Kraft, Wild Flavors, Unilever Foods, Dakota Growers, Butter Buds, Sam's Club and Costco.

Karl's ability to create these products in a profitable and rapid plan to get to the market much quicker than competitors has been the basis for his success and his companies' consistent achievements.

Carol Nielsen, CFO- Chief Financial Officer
Carol, co-founder of TWI. Carol is a proven leader whose entrepreneurial spirit has led her to successfully create and build several successful companies.

Prior to her role at Two Worlds International, Carol has served for over ten years as the CFO for ProHosting Corporation an internet web hosting company and just prior to joining the team here at TWI, Carol has been serving as the CFO for CorEMR a correctional electronic medical record company.

Carol is also very busy juggling her career and also taking care of her six children and of course handling the many demands placed on her by her husband who absolutely adores her.

Lance James, Chief Technology Officer
Lance, co-founder of TWI has been playing with technology for over 30 years. While other kids where reading story books, Lance was reading technical journals.

Lance has been instrumental in designing the company's business processes and creating a number of the company's customer interfaces and back office function tools, including a powerful accounting management utility that will easily scale as TWI continues to grow. Prior to co-founding TWI, Lance worked at Lowery Services, Inc. where he designed and implemented large-scale databases and converted legacy programs into ASP network systems.

Lance holds a MCNE (Master Certified Novell Engineer) from Novell, and has his MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) from Microsoft.
